These terms govern browsing, use of materials, inquiries and job applications on the website of Shenzhen Zhongjin International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd. ("China Progress", "we"). Rights and obligations for specific forwarding, transport or other services are governed by applicable law and the contracts, valid confirmations and transport documents actually applicable to the engagement. These website terms do not replace those arrangements.

1. Website Information and Case Studies

Service descriptions, industry articles, network information and cases introduce our business and share experience. Routes, costs, efficiency figures and other case results depend on the time and circumstances of the particular project; equivalent results are not guaranteed for other shipments. Industry content does not replace checks specific to your cargo, destination and shipping date.

Rates, capacity, vessel and flight schedules, transit times and customs requirements may change. Check the validity, included charges, surcharges and conditions of a formal quotation. Any specific guarantee depends on the parties’ valid agreement.

2. Inquiries, Quotations and Engagements

Submitting a form, uploading documents or receiving an automated acknowledgment means that a request has been made or information received. It does not by itself confirm a quotation, booking, acceptance of cargo or formation of a contract. Whether an engagement exists and its scope depend on the parties’ communications and agreement, considered under applicable law.

Our role may be that of a freight forwarding agent or another agreed capacity for a particular service. Website descriptions do not automatically make us the actual carrier. Service scope, liability, insurance arrangements and claims are determined by applicable law, valid agreements and relevant transport documents.

3. Accurate Cargo Information and Documents

Provide accurate and complete cargo descriptions, use, quantity, weight, dimensions, packaging and shipping requirements. Disclose batteries, liquids, powders, magnetic properties, dangerous goods and other special components. Classification, acceptance and documentation must be checked against the actual cargo and applicable rules; a form selection alone does not determine them.

Where safety data sheets, transport assessments, temperature requirements or import/export documents are needed, we will explain this for the particular service. Do not conceal or misdeclare cargo, or submit unlawful, infringing, malicious or unauthorized materials. Avoid providing personal or commercially sensitive information unrelated to an initial inquiry.

4. Job Applications

Job descriptions and application acknowledgments are not offers of employment. We assess applications against current recruitment needs and contact suitable candidates. Employment is governed by applicable law and the parties’ valid arrangements. Provide accurate experience and contact details, and submit only your own CV or materials you are authorized to provide. 5. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

Text, images, logos, articles and layouts in which we or other rights holders hold rights are protected by law. Lawful browsing, quotation and other legally permitted uses remain allowed. Reproduction, adaptation, redistribution or commercial use beyond those permissions requires the relevant rights holder’s consent. Submitting materials does not transfer your existing intellectual property rights to us; we use them only as necessary to handle the relevant request.

6. Safe Use and External Links

Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass permissions, harvest non-public records, distribute malware or disrupt the website. CV or attachment links in email may give their holders access to the associated files. Do not publish them or forward them to unrelated people; contact us if you receive one in error or discover a disclosure.

External links are provided for reference and do not automatically endorse all linked content. Review the third party’s terms and privacy information. Responsibility that we must bear under applicable law is not excluded merely because a page belongs to a third party.

7. Availability and Responsibility

We take reasonable steps to maintain the website and correct known errors, but network issues, maintenance or third-party failures may cause delays or downtime. If a submission fails or a matter is urgent, contact us by email or telephone; do not rely solely on a webpage status to infer acceptance of business.

These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for personal injury or property loss caused by intent or gross negligence. Other responsibility is determined by applicable law, the facts and valid agreements, rather than a blanket disclaimer.

These website terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without excluding mandatory rules that apply by law. You may first contact us to seek a resolution; unresolved disputes may be brought before a people’s court with lawful jurisdiction. Valid provisions in a specific business contract apply together with the relevant law.

Revisions will carry an updated date and material changes will be highlighted as required. A revision does not automatically change existing business agreements retrospectively.
